- Who is eligible to refer?
Any current tenant, former tenant who left in good standing, or approved business partner.
- How does my friend use my code?
They provide your code (or enter it online) when they complete their move-in. It must be provided at the time of sign-up — we can't apply it retroactively.
- When do I get my reward?
After your referral completes 14–30 days of paid storage with no outstanding balance, we'll send your $50 digital gift card within 5 business days.
- Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. Every successful referral earns you $50.
- What gift card options are available?
Amazon and other approved digital options. You'll be able to choose when your reward is issued.
- Do SpareFoot leads qualify?
No. If your friend found us through SpareFoot, the referral reward does not apply.
- Can I refer a family member?
Referrals between members of the same household (same address) are not eligible.
